Privacy Policy
Your information belongs to you. This page explains what we collect, why we need it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What We Collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we receive what you enter. That can include:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address or postal code
- The service you are interested in, your yard size and your calculator estimate
- Anything else you choose to write in a message
We also keep records of calls, emails and quotes that are needed to serve you.
How We Use It
We use your information to answer your request, book a site visit, prepare a quote, carry out the work and keep records of it. Your details are never sold, and they stay out of anything unrelated to your request unless you agree first.
Service Providers
We use trusted companies to run this website and handle enquiries. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may also collect anonymous visit statistics. Some of this data may sit on servers in other countries, under those countries' laws. Our phone line may use a call tracking service, which can record details about calls.
Keeping It Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment details through our forms.
Your Rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you may request a copy of what we hold on you, have errors fixed, and pull back your consent for further use. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
Contact
Questions or requests about your information can be sent to contact@rightonsodmississauga.ca. Unhappy with our answer? Canada's federal privacy commissioner handles complaints. This policy may change, and the newest version will always live on this page.
