Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how quotes, work and this website are handled. Your written quote adds the details specific to your job.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices on this website and results from the calculator are estimates only. They are not an offer, and they are shown before 13% HST. Your final price is set in a written quote after a site visit. If conditions on site differ from what was quoted, such as hidden debris or added soil requirements, we will talk with you before any extra work is done.
Our Work
Work begins once you have accepted a written quote and we have agreed on a date. Dates depend on the weather, the state of the ground and farm supply, so they can move, and we will keep you informed. You are responsible for telling us about underground services, irrigation lines, pets and anything else that could affect the job.
Sod Guarantee
Our 14-Day Fresh-Cut Sod Guarantee: your new sod is guaranteed weed-free and healthy upon delivery and installation, with proper watering. New sod is a living product that depends on care after installation, so watering, mowing and use of the lawn are your responsibility once the job is complete.
Payment
Payment terms appear in your written quote. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and 13% HST is added to all work.
Website Use
The content on this website belongs to Right On Sod and may not be copied for commercial use. We try to keep it accurate, but details can change, and the website is provided as is. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content. Ontario law applies to these terms.
