Our Main Service Areas
Peel looks uniform from the highway, but the yards are not, and the right plan depends on where you live. A mature lot near the lake, a 1970s subdivision in Meadowvale and a new build in Mayfield West each need a different plan. Each page below covers what is typical in that area, the questions homeowners ask there, and how we approach the work. If you are comparing contractors, these pages are also a good way to see how we think before you call. We wrote them around what makes each area different, so you can judge whether our approach suits your yard. Not sure which page fits? Start with the one closest to you, or skip ahead and get a price range for your yard from the calculator.
- BramptonPeel RegionPeel's other big market, from Bramalea yards laid out in the 1960s to younger lawns near Mount Pleasant, all on heavy clay and many on compact lots with shared swales.
- CaledonPeel RegionThe south end of town only, including Mayfield West and Valleywood, where many homeowners are starting from a bare or rough new-build lot.
- StreetsvilleMississaugaOlder village lots along the Credit River, plus the 1980s and 1990s homes of East Credit and Creditview, where original lawns are wearing out.
- MeadowvaleMississaugaA planned community from the 1970s, with compact lots and aging lawns, plus Lisgar and the heritage streets of Meadowvale Village.
- Erin MillsMississaugaSubdivisions from the 1980s and 1990s, including Central Erin Mills, with curved crescents, corner lots and turf that has worn thin.

Not Sure We Cover You?
If your street is not listed, it may still be inside our range. We cover Mississauga and Brampton, plus the southern end of Caledon. Send your address through the quote form and we will confirm whether a crew can reach you. We will tell you straight away if you are outside it, so you do not lose time waiting on a quote we cannot honour. Our range is set by how far a crew and a fresh load of sod can travel in good time, because sod should be down soon after it arrives.
